Basketball Leagues & Camps

  SCU was developed and began training in 1992. To our knowledge, it was one of the first, if not the first, of its kind anywhere. The SCU program is broken down into a system of shooting, footwork, agility, quickness, and read that can be used in every aspect of the game. We are old school and believe in hard work with a purpose. We create success by design…not by chance. Our system encourages decisions and movements, not just robotics where players are afraid to make a play and a decision. Once a player develops the foundation of our system, he or she can transform the movements into any move today in transition or half court. Our system has been used all over the world, by players at every level and you have 24 hour access 365 to our online training on our YouTube channel.

This camp is broken down into this critical 🤔 teaching areas of the game:
✅ Finishes at the rim.
✅ Hitting the mid range shot.
✅ Making foul shots.
✅Shooting the 3 .
✅ Shooting off the dribble and the pass.
✅ Lazer ball handling video game.
✅ Sudden Change 5 on 5 game that teaches everything that was taught in camp.

Awesome day of learning and doing.
Cost of the camp is $100 per player.

JMPR (Just More Player Reps) VOLUME SHOOTING, FOOTWORK & FINISH

Get 500 – 600 shots per hour under game like conditions and situations. These 10k technologies are designed for tons of reps. Each workout contains but is not limited to:

  1. Catch and shoot
  2. 1 dribbles moves Right and Left
  3. Open and closed moves
  4. Counter moves
  5. Rim finishes
  6. Foul shooting
  7. 3 point shooting
  8. All workouts are tracked on your phone using the “Shoot-A-way” application available on the app store, keeping all of your statistics and percentages.

Cost per workout is $55 per player.

  • WEDNESDAY > 4P-9P
  • THURSDAY > 4P-8P
  • SATURDAY > 10A-2P
